This policy explains how Cargorush Logistics, Inc. (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website. We are based at Garage Site, Zone 1C, Regency Road, Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental.

We process personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission.

Information you give us. When you request a quotation, we collect your name, company, email address, contact number, the service you need, pickup and drop-off locations, a description of the cargo, its weight, your preferred date and any notes you add. When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, contact number, subject and message.

Location you choose to pin. The quote form includes an optional map picker. If you use it, the coordinates you select and the calculated road distance are submitted along with the rest of the form. Typing addresses manually works just as well, and nothing is collected from the map unless you use it.

Technical information. Our server keeps standard access logs — IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. These are used to keep the site running and secure.

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, financial account details or health information through this website. Please do not include them in the message or notes fields.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

For quote requests and enquiries, we process your information because it is necessary to respond to you and to take steps towards a contract at your request. For server logs and site security, we rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the service available and protected. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us.

This website does not use cookies, advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Nothing is stored on your device to track you across sites, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

The map on the quote page is powered by OpenStreetMap. When you use it, your browser contacts these services directly, and they will see your IP address along with what you searched for or the point you selected:

• OpenStreetMap — map tiles and address search (their privacy policy)
• OSRM routing — calculates the driving route and distance between the two points you pick

If you would rather not contact these services, type your addresses into the form instead of using the map. The quote request works exactly the same way.

We also use a hosting provider to run this website and an email provider to receive form submissions. They process information on our instructions only.

We share your information only where it is needed to do the job: with our own dispatch, fleet and client-services staff, and with a driver or partner carrier assigned to your shipment. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

We do not share your information with anyone else.

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to two years, so we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us. Records relating to shipments we actually carried are kept for up to five years to meet tax, accounting and liability requirements. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes. After those periods, information is securely deleted or anonymised.

The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to submitted enquiries is limited to staff who need it to do their work, and our systems are kept up to date. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable and appropriate organisational, physical and technical measures to protect your information, and we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission of a breach where the law requires it.

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to object to processing, to access your information, to have it corrected, to have it erased or blocked, to data portability, and to be indemnified for damages. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period.

If you believe we have mishandled your information, you may also complain to the National Privacy Commission.

This website is for businesses and adults arranging freight. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted here before they take effect.
